DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT

NOVELTY OF PRODUCT :


A uniquely design integrated activated sludge reactor for the treatment of domestic wastewater.



FEATURES OF PRODUCT :


The integrated wastewater treatment reactor integrates all the processes of aerobic degradation of organics, biomass and sedimentation in a single reactor. When the wastewater enters the reactor in the aeration tank, it will react with oxygen and nutrients and biomass, ammonia and carbon dioxide will be produced and ammonia will be converted to nitrate. After that, the wastewater will enter the second anoxic tank. In this part, the nitrate will decompose to nitrogen gas. The next clarifier tank will allows the sludge to settle. The sludge is then recycled back to aeration tank to induce the sludge re-digestion and the reactions itself.



IMPACT OF THE PRODUCT :


The advantage includes cost saving, green technology, meets the DOE limit, reduces piping & pumping and smaller footprint.



TARGET MARKET :


i-WTR has a good potential to be used as preferable reactor for the newly build wastewater plant in the industry.
